Terms and Conditions

  1. Cascade Therapy operates as a collective of independent therapists. Your contractual and financial relationship will be directly with your assigned therapist.

  2. Consent – Your therapist will give you a consent form before commencing any assessment of treatment.

  3. Cancellation – Sometimes appointments may need to be cancelled. We kindly request that cancellations are made with over 24 hours’ notice to avoid the cancellation fee. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, then Cascade will charge the client the full appointment fee.

  4. Information sharing – Please see our Privacy Policy  for details of how we gather, store and share your information.

  5. Payment – please see our Payment Structure for details of our fees.  Your Cascade therapist will invoice you for the agreed work carried out and prefer BACS (bank transfer) payment where possible. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt. Missed payments will result in our services being interrupted as of immediate effect.

  6. Working with NHS colleagues – In line with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) guidelines  we endeavour to liaise with a child’s local NHS Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) if one is in place. The responsibility of informing us if your child is working with a local NHS SLT lies with you. Likewise, we encourage you to inform your local SLT that you are working with us.
